The state of Nebraska is located in the Midwest of the United States and the state has two types of weather: humid continental on the east and semi-arid climate on the west. There are seasonal variations which are experienced throughout the state and those include in temperature as well as precipitation. The temperatures do not change much across the state of Nebraska. The summers are usually hot while the winters are cold.

The eastern half of the state sees more rain than the west while snow is pretty much the same throughout the state. Nebraska has seen high temperatures in its past with the highest on record being 118 Fahrenheit (or 48 Celsius) happen in Minden back in 1936.
